J2SE 1.3 - idlj not found?

We recently applied the ptf's to bring one of our V4R5 machines up to
JDK 1.3. However, I am trying to run "idlj" under QSHELL and am
getting the dreaded "Error found searching for command..." message.

In 1.3 on the Windows platform, the "idlj.exe" executable is found in
[java_home]\jdk\bin. How can I find/execute this utility on the 400?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
