Does anyone know of a packet capture utility - like tcpdump - that will
run on an AS/400? I have many servers and cannot use SPAN ports on the
switches.

Don't know if it will help you but you try to take a trace on the
communication line with STRCMNTRC (then ENDCMNTRC and PRTCMNTRC)
commands.
