I have 3 fields.
F1 char(1)
F2 char(8)
F3 char(8)
If F1 = R then
F2 and F3 must be show
endif
If F2 and F3 are shown then
They must not *eq blank (it must have a value <> than blank)

I do not find the way to manage the seconde rule. The first one is
easy with prompt control parameter.
