This message is issued for the following conditions:

If the number of fields parameter is < 0 or > 24(V5R1), 25(V5R2)
or
If it is 0 for SPLF0200
or
If it is > 0 for SPLF0100 or SPLF0300

Check your number of fields parameter before calling QUSLSPL (the
message tells you what QUSLSPL is seeing in the substitution text.

What the message said.

Parameter 10 (in optional parameter group 2) must be greater than 0,
indicating the number of keys in the array in parameter 9. I do not see
a maximum allowed value for the number of keys so there may be no
arbitrary maximum.

The &1 substitution value in the message will indicate the value in error.
