Client Access PAGE UP/DOWN problem

Hi

The PAGE UP/PAGE DOWN keys don't work in a Client Access session. I've
checked the mapping of the keyboard, and it's OK.

Any help appreciated.

Is you Scroll Lock Light on?

If so press the Scroll Lock button on your Keyboard.

I have seen the CAPS LOCK cause problems like that as well.

Thanks for the help. But I tried with different combinations of SCROLL LOCK
and CAPS LOCK on/off, and it still doesn't work. Any other idea???

I know that this is a really old post but I just wanted to say thanks James Bradley. I had the same problem as Patrick page up and down not working in client access, which was driving me nuts, but was solved by removing the Scroll Lock..

Thanks. This works. My SCROLL lock was on by mistake and i have removed the scroll lock. Its works fine now.
