Hi,

We have an AS400 V4R4M0.
Where can I find the QUSRTOOL-Lib or the TAATOOL-Lib ? These Libs are not at
the System.

Best Regards

Hello, Christian.

I'm pretty sure that these libs don't exist any more since the V4 (my AS/400 is
V4R1 and they do not exist). It's a shame ! Simply because there was some
interesting tools in them.
Maybe somebody with a V3 system could save these libs and send you the tape ?

Hello Christian

You have to buy the TAA tools - they are available from Jim Sloan Inc.
They are not expensive. We installed them about 18 months ago on a 620
running V4R1 and have never had a single problem. There are many
useful commands with full help and documentation. Have a look at
www.taatool.com. Hope this helps.

Christian, QUSRTOOL has not gone away. It is still provided FREE with the
operating system. You simply have to choose to install the appropriate
BOSS option (in this case option 7 'Example Tools Library'). It is true that
many of the tools that use to reside in QUSRTOOL have been moved to TAATOOL
(owned by Jim Sloan...care of Barsa Consulting...at least last I heard). There
still are some good tools in the QUSRTOOL library.

Hello Christian

I have the old (V3R1) QUSRTOOL library. Ask for me if you want it.
