Is Common User Access (CUA) documented somewhere (on the web)?

Hi,

IBM iSeries documentation makes all sorts of references to CUA yet I cannot
find any central documentation specifically outlining CUA. At best,
searching IBM's website gives me hundreds of untitled, no-description pdf
files which I don't have time to look at every single one of. Does anyone
know where this is documented, and hopefully on the web?

Thanks!!!!

The Application Display Programming book references:
SC26-4583 CUA Basic Interface Design

http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/books/c4157150.pdf

A web search also found references to:
SC26-4582 CUA Advanced Interface Design Guide

An online version of the first is here:
http://publibfp.boulder.ibm.com/cgi-bin/bookmgr/BOOKS/f29bdg00/CCONTENTS

If nothing else the second can be ordered (hardcopy or CD-ROM):

By using the guidelines in this chapter, your displays will be compatible with
the Systems Application Architecture* (SAA*) environment, which makes
significant use of the IBM Systems Application Architecture Common User Access
(CUA) rules and guidelines that apply to display stations.
