You can find the sources for TAATOOL in library QUSRTOOL.
TAATOOL's are not supported by IBM, and not up-to-date with te latest OS/400 versions.

The source was removed in V3R1, so chances are if Yatno went from V3R2 they
no longer have the source for the tool. If they do, they can recompile it.

Actually, you can't reinstall an old version of QUSRTOOL onto a newer
OS/400 box. The OS won't let you do that. (I had a user call who had
tried that and I confirmed with someone else that it won't work.) However
if you have the old QUSRTOOL library from V3R1M0 (or can get a copy) on a
regular backup, you can restore it.
Or you can license the new ones from us. :-) (Please note, our end users
are NOT allowed to distribute the newer version.)
