I have problem with tape of type ultrium 5 this tape I can't take daily backup from system on it message appears to me says that Load Failure occurred on device tap01 and I can't get it out from the IBM Server and the small screen above the tape part in the IBM Server machine shows the number (6 and !) please I need an urgent help

You still haven't told us what tape drive this is. For example: TS2350,
which is a full height LTO 5 also known as 3580-S53. For that one, "6"
means the tape is unusable. You've probably already figured that out. If
it's not coming out, call IBM Service for advice.

You can try to press and hold the eject button for 30 seconds (or more,
I do not remember).

Any IBM i OS message has a "message identifier" that can be used in a
symptom search; the text of a message is not generally search-capable,
because there are many possible languages, whereas a message identifier
is the same across every language. Also, the pronoun "it" is unclear.
Is there perhaps, a cartridge in the device that does not eject, even
when the eject button is pressed? Or does "get it out" imply a desire
to remove the physical device?
