does any know if Cryptographic Access provider ( 5769-AC2 or AC3) is a
chargble feature ?

As would to do VPN from my as/400 but I need to get hold of
Cryptographic Access provider and not sure where to get this from
can any one help ?

It is free, you can order it from IBM (or partner). Also CE2/3 is
free.
