I need to find the IBM redbook or manual with information on configuring the
AS400 FTP server. I just started using it and find that user log in and get
in the QSYS library. I would like to have them log in and go to a library I
specify and not allow them access to other libraries.
Now maybe I'm all wrong here since I understand that AS400 uses a single
level hierarchy for storage and what I'm trying to to may not be possible.
If so, please tell me so, but I'd still like to see a manual or book on it.

Thanks,

Hello,

you can look at

http://AS400BKS.rochester.ibm.com:80/cgi-bin/bookmgr/bookmgr.cmd/BOOKS/V4R1PDF/1.0

for pdf-books about the as/400 in general. The one you look for is the
tcp/ip-documentation SC41-5420-00 at

ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/as400/pubs/V4R1PDF/QB3ANL00.pdf

Hope this helps

Hi Stamey,

Take a look at the redbook "Cool Title about AS/400 and the Internet".

Regards,
Paul
