Hi all,

How to simplify expresssions as:

-(126y^2-8) ---> 126x^2+8

or

567z^3 - + 45

Sorry is stupid question.

About TEXPAND

Why expression as

148.00*x^2.00+9.00 --> TEXPAND --> 148.00*X^2+9.00
only 2 exponent is modified.

Any curiosity or explanation about ALG menu or simplification...

Have a good day.

That is not a correct 'simplification'.

-(126y^2-8) = -126y^2+8

Dunno. Interesting. Anyhow, XQ will do what you want.
