Today I find a reference to a new 2.15 ROM versión for HP49/50. Any
one has test it ?
I found it here:

Daniel.
I've been testing under emulation without issue.
How do you load the ROM into Emu48/Debug4x?
Thanks,
S.C.
I did the update yesterday and found no issues at all. All my
libraries and programs function perfectly. If there's a bug in this
update, I haven't run across it yet. The only thing I didn't do is
mess with the Port 2 fix that was bundled with the update since I've
never had any memory issues with my flash port.

I do not know. I use x49gp (http://x49gp.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/
x49gp/README.QUICKSTART).
I have install the new ROM 2.15 in my HP49g+ & 50g with NO troubles.
Everything is working fine, and has no trouble in port 2. All data,
and free space seems right.
So why not, seems supported by HP, but is not in the HP Calculator
site ..... hmmm .... anyway is working fine.
CAS ver is 4.2 Parisse, Heiskanen & Fiechter, and works fine too.
Autotest give no trouble. Even the alarms and the clock is working
sharp.

4.20060919 ? (same as result of VER command?)
That includes a date: 2006/09/19 (containing the "C210" fixes,
for things mentioned in the PDF file which accompanies the update).

Without all the previously reported bugs?
Has the internal emulator been fixed for this?
(what's the "build number" from ON+D ?)
If so, that's probably the only thing that would stir me
to bother updating my own calculators, since I'm not planning
to get an HP "StreamSmart" to monitor anything.
Meanwhile, if this is an "official" HP update,
when will it show up on the "HP 49G+/50g ROM upgrade" web page?
I suppose that may vary between locations and languages,
but the page to which I'm steered still offers
only "v.92 11 Aug 2006" (version 2.09)
[r->] [OFF]
2.09-C is labeled as 2006/06/02, so 2.15 is only three months of work,
released three years late.

HP's website is terrible. For a few years after the 50g's release, the
graphing calculator list did not include it.
