I just helped a friend install driver(s) for his HP printer, using
TeamViewer to control his computer.
What a kludge!! Backtracking, drivers not found (!),
now-you-tell-me-I-need-a-type-A-to-B-USB-cable!, etc.
Finally got it installed and working -- it took 1.5 HOURS!
Then tried to install the driver(s) for his wife's HP printer,
identified in one place as already on the network and in another as
"cannot find"!! Gave up.
Jeez!!
