Hi, has anyone seen or heard of HP no longer supporting SD or no
longer including it with new versions of HPUX? Thanks!

No, I've never heard of that.
What has been said is that fbackup(1m) won't be there for 11.41.

As SD is used as part of HP-UX installation and upgrade, and it took
years for HP to get it into stable condition, I'd say if SD dies, HP-UX
will also die. I cannot believe HP will switch to rpm or similar.
