Glance not working on 9.04

Hi,

I can not start glance on my machine now. It used to work a long time ago.
I reinstalled glance from CD. It gave me the same error. It runs HP-UX 9.04
on I70. The following the result of glance.

I'd appreciate any help.

Sorry to jump on this thread, but is glance FREE on HP-UX 10.x?? Or
must you buy it? Any idea on price if you must. We are running an
800 series machine. Also, other than top, is there something else
that comes with 10.x that can be used to show info on a running
*process*. Top doesn't really let you get zoom in on a process.

Usually this is an midaemon problem. Look at the -p option for midaemon,
especially if the machine is getting busy. The error info for midaemon
is stored in /usr/perf/log/`hostname`/midaemon.err

Glance is supplied as a free trial on all recent versions of HP-UX.
Load it from your Application CDROM.

Nope, sadly you'll have to shell out huge $$$ for glance. It would
be well worth it if it wasn't for those annoying "counters not being
updated"- and truecolor display bugs.

Start the midaemon at bootup in the /etc/rc file with the -p option.
The system is probably very busy and trying to go after more space
(shared memory) can often be a problem. Check that swap space is not
used up too.
