WinServer 2003 Standard 2003 running on HP ML350 G4, HP Ultrium 960 external

During taking a backup using windows ntbackup (GUI) I had a problem with
system and backup was stopped with error. Now I cannot use the tape -
everytime I start ntbackup with the tape it says that it's not a new one and
cannot use that one, needs a new, unused media. How can I 'clean' it/reuse
etc.? ntbackup /nopoll does nothing...
