HP Fax Series 900? Is this what I want?

I need to get a new fax machine. The #1 criteria is to get on that a person
can go up, feed in a 20 page fax and then walk away with the originals even
though the transmission has not taken place.

I do not care if it is an inkjet since no incoming faxes would come to this
machine. All our incoming go straight to a computer.
I am not interested in the multiuse machines such as the HP OfficeJet R
Series or the HP Laserjet 3100. I have no need for an additional printer or
scanner.
Getting back to my #1 criteria...can the HP Fax 920 do this? Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
