HP online tech support was no real help; after reinstalling the
All-in-One support software, their only recommendation was to remove
any/all other printer software. The only other printer defined is
another HP one, a DeskJet 842c. I have pretty much lost confidence in
their tech support capability.
Has anyone else had problems with a 4100 series scanner? What was the
resolution of the problem(s).
