Blackberry Bold - Problems

Good Day everybody,

Many apologies if these questions have been asked before

Have just bought a Blackberry Bold - a very nice phone but it isn't working
properly

Techies in T-Mobile shop were very helpful and set up e-mail straight away
but since then the phone won't pick up e-mail unless I send a test one out
(then straight away ten or so arrive (any ideas anyone?))

Also the call log icon has disappeared (no sign where its gone)

Any help much appreciated

you have sync set to manual. set it to "as arrove" or at schedualed
intervals.
