Hi,
My Sony Clie NR70/V has completely frozen and I can't get it to do either a
soft or hard reset. The green light is still on but nothing seems to work.
Any ideas?

I just got the new NX version and had the same thing happen to mine. Let it sit
awhile, even if it has to power down. Then charge it up. BTW, that didn't fix
my frozen problem. But somehow after a few hours, the damn thing just turned
back on and was normal. All data intact...
I would strongly recommend you call Sony tech 877-760-7669 and ask them for
assistance and complain BIG TIME! They react to that. Good luck.

Thanks for the tip - it seems to work nut I don't like the concept of things
like this happening! Unfortunately I am sitting in the UK with a Clie
imported from US and there is no support here for this version. I might
consider changing to a different model...
