Will a compact flash card work in HP 200LX ?

Does anybody know if the new compact flash memory cards (the cards which are
used for
digital photos) will work in a HP 200LX with a PCMCIA adapter.
I think I saw a PCMCIA adapter which can take the small compact cards. I'm
asking because its very dificult to find PCMCIA flash memory cards nowadays
and the compact cards are cheaper and have a greater capacety.

Yes I belive so.

Yes I use one from Viking.

There are pcmcia which has 1.2Gb(!). CF is at about 128Mb but they are
cheaper than pcmcia yes.

I use a Sandisk 24mb cf card with adapter in my Hp200Lx

Yes, the 200lx does accept CF memory cards. I've had no problems using a 8MB
Sandisk card that came with my Canon digicam with a Sandisk PC card adapter.
The HP automatically recognized the card and no special drivers were
required.

Yes it can work. I use the 8 meg CF card from a Canon A50 and an
adaptor in a 200LX. Once you get over 200 and something
megs you may need a driver to use some cards on the 200LX.
