Sendmail on OSF/1 -- patch

i remember that there was a patch earlier that fixed a bug in the sendmail.cf
file which wouldn't handle email with addresses such as

fred%bedro...@prehistoric.time

of course, i didn't save it and now hang my head in shame as i ask for help.

The following was posted a little while ago to the alpha-osf-managers
mailing list.
