Swinging by the CHM, the April-June '07 quarter of the IEEE Annual of
the History of Computing has the lead article on the Sperry-Burroughs
merger from '80-2001. Just scanning I can see that it leaves out the
minicomputer line on the U. side. There's also other articles on Alan
Kay (not bad), the Bush to Engelbart period, and the last article is on
CDC (there's a curriculum article, but no one reads
comp.edu anyay).
