Hello.

I was wondering if anyone here on comp.sys.cbm is planning to attend the
Chicago EXPO this October 24th? The press release can be found at the following
URL:

http://members.aol.com/swrapug/expo98/expo98.htm

For the lazy guys out there not even bothering to click on a measly link,
here's the concise info on the EXPO: Maurice Randall will be there to introduce
Wheels 128, a next generation upgrade for GEOS 128, for public consumption. Any
questions? I thought so. :)

Jason-

Cool. If things all go well, I plan on attending. Maybe we can compare our
c65's. :) But, I have other rare CBM 8-bit hardware to brag about. :)

Of course I plan to attend. I'll be bringing my C128-DCR tower and a few
accessories.

Showoff. :)

Will you also show your QuickCam interface and have a 'live shot' of the EXPO
hooked onto the WWW for others to log in and view in its Commodore Graphics
glory? :)

As a matter of fact, yes I will bring it.

Hooking it to the web, on the other hand, is a different matter entirely :)

Now I suppose it is possible to hook up a modem, dial up my ISP (or telnet
to it) and repeatedly upload a new frame every couple of minutes....

But who's gonna write the software? :-)

Hello.

Again? I saw that you were one of the attendees for the previous LACC EXPO
where Maurice exhibited Wheels 64 for public display.

Must be running up frequent flier mileage, eh? :)

I'll be there as well and look forward to seeing you and other names that I've
only read about in magazines, c.s.c. or Delphi.

Lansing. Tucked between the southeast corner of Chicago and the Indiana
border, IIRC.

The folks who run that page will probably be able to give better directions.
