Is anyone planning on being in SO-CAL (Southern California) in the next few weeks that might be interested in picking this up from me? I won't mail it as it's just too big and heavy!
I DO WANT "something" for it, but NOT CRAZY UNREASONABLE!!! The computer comes TOTALLY COMPLETE with monitor, power supply, all cabling, and EVEN THE 1010 DRIVE!!! The Computer is still in the box with the power supply and the drive is also still in it's own box. The monitor is still at another location so I'm still uncertain as to it's condition, but I WAS assured by the other party involved that it's in excellent working condition.
Now as to "MY" expectations:
I'm seeking:

1) a 128/128D Computer (mine broke) :(:(
2) A Portable USB hard drive (500 GB or above -- for storing videos and music)
3) A 64 or 128GB "EXTREME PRO" SD CARD
4) A Canon Powershot ELPH 110 16 MP Digital Camera
5) A CMD RAMLINK (NOT gonna happen, but at least I tried. hehehehe)
6) As Close to $150 CASH as I can get.

So with all that being said, please feel free to contact me and we can "negotiate terms" and the first person that can come to a deal with me can come and get it!

Thanks for viewing and have a great day!

Just finished my analysis of it and ALL SYSTEMS ARE GO! It worked excellent! Also am pleased to report that it has the "EXTRA RAM INSTALLED" on the bottom of the chassis! There is some sort of expansion port opposite of the 3.5 drive, but as I know so little about Amiga's, I am unsure if this is for a "Toaster Card," or for something else entirely.
Physically it's ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! Looks brand new!

Hey I just went to eBay and I saw a 500 system going for $75.00, but it was BADLY TARNISHED!!! Another one in VERY GOOD CONDITION (line mine) was going for $125.00, so I'll tell you what. I'll LOWER IT TO $120.00 ($75.00 with a 128 or a 64GB or 128GB "SanDisk "Extreme Pro" SD card in exchange).
Just wanted to let you all know that I've been looking around to make certain that I'm not being unreasonable and ridiculous. :):):)
Take care and have a nice night.

Around here you can't give A500's away in any condition.

Alternatively, place an advertisement on an Amiga forum, like the one at http://www.amiga.org or the one at http://www.amigaworld.net

You're never going to reach enough interested people that are within reach
by posting on usenet, try the forums as Robert has suggested or (local)
classifieds. I guess ebay is out of the question for you.
