Turbo232 and LTK

I usually tell people to buy a 2+1 cartridge expander from CMD in order to
connect both devices. The LtK host adaptor can sit flat, with the Turbo232
standing up-right. Wiring directly in should work too.

On your host adaptor, there is a pair of jumper points for setting the I/O
address. (Check your LtK manual.) Set the jumper to I/O #2 to make the
LtK work with the Turbo232.
