Hello, I just built a simple interface to connect a VIC 20 modulator
to a DVB-T decoder (or a DVD player or anything having audio/video RCA
jacks), in order to use it with a TV that only has an antenna input.

The sound is perfect, but the picture isn't: very dark areas are
displayed correctly, but lighter ones lack deepness.
It's difficult to explain, so here's a test I made with a DVD player.

With modulator:

With RGB cable:

There are 5 adjustment screws inside my modulator (model 1001027-03).
Can anyone tell me which one to turn to improve the picture?
Thanks!

It was the supply voltage: too low. I raised it to about 6.7 Volts and
now it's perfect!! I'm watching "Harpya" by Raoul Servais.
