I need detailed measurements of
a Commodore 64 cartridge PCB.

Anyone know where I can find this?

The size of the PCB is largely irrelevant and largely dictated by what
is needed to be put on it (or be externally accessible, e.g. buttons on
Freeze Frame cartridges) ... as long as the cartridge's connector is
the correct type and has enough depth to plug into the computer AND it
avoids blocking other ports (remembering to include the plastic casing
on the cartridge itself in such design / measurements).

C64 cartridges used to come a small variety of sizes, although there
was a semi-standard that many companies used which I don't know the
measurements for. Of course the actual PCB inside varied as well even
inside the semi-standard casings.

You might be able to work it out from the default size settings for
this customisable 3D printable cartridge case design:

Or perhaps ask the designer.

Individual Computers used to have some technical drawings for their
reproduction cartridge cases available on their website, but I
can't find them now. You might want to try browsing the Wayback
Machine archive of their website from a few years ago.

I am mostly interested in the card edge. Contact size,
spacing, edge width, and board thickness.

Spacing is standard 2.54 (0.1"), board thickness is almost
certain to be standard 1.6mm.

Find a datasheet online for a 44pin edge connector, it should
have all the measurements you require.
