Anyone else have trouble with the new incarnation of BeMail? The DR8
version wouldn't talk to my POP server but sent outgoing mail quite
happily. The DR8.2 version *thinks* it's sending outgoing mail to the
SMTP server, but somehow nothing ever arrives. I don't even know
enough about mail to catch the message and dissect it -- I just thought I
would see if anyone else was having trouble.

The behaviour of the new incarnation of BeMail is quite different for me
when sending e-mail: nothing ever arrive, but BeMail is "checking new
message" forever.

8.2 Works well with the pop version on mine as well. (Ok, not quite perfect.
Try sending a complete message (with headers and all) to your pop account.
(IE. In elm, type "|elm <your pop account>") On mine, the mail server on the
bebox thinks its actually two messages (one being empty, the other being
the piped message.).

Outgoing mail, on the other hand, doesn't work at all. All I get is 'Pending'
... Anything special you have to do here? I can 'telnet <mail host> 25' and
get an SMTP prompt.
