Sound driver help

I am racking my brains out trying to understand where I am going wrong
in my code.
Because of problems on diffirent machines I decided to write a sound driver
that outputs 8 bit sound from the parallel port.
Starting with older sample sound code and the BeNewsLetters I have written
the what I think should be working code, but it does not play sound. Infact,
it seems to tie into the OS properly in every way but in playing sound. Does
anyone care to help?

DAC.zip should how I output the sound. audio_sound_driver.h is the main
header file I use and PC Speaker Code.zip is the code I am trying to develop.
