Greetings,

I'm looking for an MP3 encoder on the BeOS, does anyone
have any pointers?

Look on BeWare (http://www.be.com/beware/) for BeAMP; I think the latest
version includes a command-line encoder that works pretty well. If not,
look there for "mp3encode" or something like that.

Take a look at http://www.halfast.com/products.html You will find a command
line encoder there. A GUI encoder is in progress.
