Looking for a couple 3B2 parts

Well, after lots of hunting, I finally found a 3B2. It's a 3B2/310,
and I have gotten it up and running, formatted the drive, installed
the OS (3.2), and gotten the NI card working, with TCP/IP installed.
Layers works with the 5620, and things are running well. Right now,
however, I only have two megs of RAM. After the necessary kernel
modules, the kernel has grown to the point where I have less than a
megabyte of usable memory once the system has booted. So... does
anyone have any 2MB memory cards for a /310? I'd also love to find an
EPORTS card and an XDC board, but at the moment, I think more memory
would really help.

Also, does anyone have the development utilities software for the DMD
terminal? I have the core set and the fonts/text disks, but I know
there's a three or four disk set of libraries and tools for
programming it. I'd love to be able to write code to run on the DMD.
