i have a very clean one if anyone is interested for the right price (heh). otherwise i want to install sysv r4 and also want to know what OS originally came with it. i read on a ram site that the max mem is 16mb; that would be awesome. pretty sure my bios battery is dead and ive seen them online for sale but it doesnt come with the soddered ends. i guess you dont need the bios to run an OS on it but my hard disk isnt booting anything. it spins up but errors disk controller failure. where am i going to find a 304mb 5lb hdd? lol. so it looks like a 1782 disk controller error; im not sure if thats the card or the actual hardrive. anyways any info would be appreciated, thank you. spkn...@gmail.com 9206451948

Most likely a bad cable or hopefully the controller isn't on the actual hard disk.

someone told me to just replace the bios cmos battery which i took out yrs ago because it stores disk sector block information. good luck to me and until next time take it easy
