To make things easier for people not much experienced with hard disk
drivers, settings I made collection of latest mine game hard disk
adaptations together with most suitable driver/partitioning
kombination for gaming on Atari machines - considering speed, easy
file transfer with PCs and game kompatibility (RAM usage, Timer C
etc.) .
It is autobootable on ST(E) with ACSI attached hard disks, Flash
cards. Or on machines with IDE IF, Falcon too. Read supied TXT how to
correct for IDE autoboot.
Is for cars marked with 1GB - size of image is 905 MB (950 millions),
so must fit on every decent card. With 3 TOS/DOS compatible
partitions. No need for BigDOS.

Now some "rethoric" , please don't skip :

DOS partitioned drive in combination with BigDOS prg is not really
good for gaming, Most of them will work, but many will fail. Mine
latest adaptations with GOS4, GOS5 (where files D15R... are included)
will fail for sure. That's one of the reasons for making this
kompilation with more advanced driver/partitioning,
My hard disk drivers are better for gaming than others. I can say it
for sure. The reasons: small RAM occupation. Easy install, no
bothering with obscure settings. Special options for compatibility.
Easy change of boot ( active C ) partition during booting self - what
means easy change of TOS/Desktop settings, considering ACC, memory
resident programs, drivers...
Then no stucking if game stops Timer C - AHDI and Hddriver will just
stop in such case.
Flexible driver - may run in high RAM too.

Now some notes considering some recent shittings about my adaptations,
drivers from usual assholes:
It looks that they just can not act like decent humans. What they
write about Armor-Geddon is ridiculous and incorrect. Then, their
knowledge is very limited, obviously...

Just few examples: the morons are proud that their included 500KB JPG
and 5MB PDF with game in archive. Whatfor ? Everyone can DL cover scan
at several places. PDF is from GameBaseST. Why people need to DL it
again? The reason is likely: they now can say that they suplied
complete artcover, 'unlike other version' with flockering fragment
of . LOL !
I'm sorry that I dd not solve displaying of 900x600 pixels in 16
million colors on STE. It is possible, but depacking of JPG is little
slow :-)
Their 'superb' hard disk fix missing last 10 seconds of (very good)
game intro.
Explanations about why it needs 2 MB are pretty ill. But I know some
things, because I spent some time solving running of complete intro on
machines with ACSI/SCSI drive, and only 1MB RAM needed (not 4 as

- so people who listening on morons and is afraid from 'partition
wiping' may see whole intro :-) . (Btw. how that they forgot
mentioning 'wiping' in Armor-Geddon announce ? :-))) )

The morons did not miss chance to shit about my hard disk drivers. But
this is only thing what they know. Do something better instead
spitting on people's work, assholes !
And they of course are not aware that BigDOS is not kooperative with
many games.

Sorry for boring and long explanations - truth is usually not so easy
as gossip :-)
