Ok, no response from the UK (It was holiday time I suppose), can any kind
soul in the rest of the world answer this one ?

I recently picked up a 1040ST (No docs.), and am looking for the pinout of
the monitor port. It came with a mono monitor but I would like to have a
shot at installing a colour monitor instead.

Can anyone send me the pinout ? It would be much appreciated .

Anyone keeps a list of the best technical books to get for the ST ?

] 5--Audio in 11--Monochrome

Does Pin #5 have any use? Can audio actually be input to the atari via
this pin? Sampled? Or is it just a loop-back?

Early 520 ST units have nothing on pin 2 and Ground on pin 8.

STMs and STFMs have Composite Video on pin 2.

STE assignment differs; no "General purpose output" there.
