eBook Edition of New Apple II User's Guide Available

The first Apple II book in print since over a decade, The New Apple II
User's Guide has sold 400 copies since it first went on sale a year ago,
18th June 2012. Since day one, readers have been asking for an ebook edition
for their computers, Amazon Kindles, and Apple iDevices. I'm happy to say
that it's available now!
After evaluating all the options for delivering an ebook edition, I have
decided to follow the most liberal solution and provide a PDF copy to
readers! This PDF is unlocked and unencumbered by any DRM, plus it has
hyperlinks to each of the chapters and appendices for your convenience. This
means that readers are free to convert this PDF for use on Amazon Kindle,
Apple iDevices such as iPad, and other e-reading devices using
freely-available conversion software.
But it gets even better! I couldn't decide what price to charge, so I came
up with this compromise: I'll accept any price above $1! That's right, you
pay whatever you think the ebook edition is worth, and you'll get your copy.

I made a minor correction to the print edition (also performed in the ebook
too) and Amazon will resume printing this new, corrected copy tomorrow for
people who still want the paperback book.
On page 27, the reference to Figure 1-8 is wrong. It should be 1-9 which
shows the Language Card. That's the correction.
