Sure it can. You need to go to the configuration options (joystick/
speaker button), hit the "Disk" tab, then tick the "Enable harddisk in
slot 7" checkbox. Then, hit the "Select HDD1" button and give it your
32M image. Hit OK, and boot away!
Charlie Danemark's FishWings also deals with hdv and speaking of Charlie, I
got a real hoot out of Wasp:)
Updates occur quickly at the hands of daredevils like David Schmidt, Andy
McFadden, Tom Charlesworth, Jonno Downes, and other heroes in here. It is
almost a full time job to keep track and download the latest versions and
see how they run:) Not that I'm complaining...
I generally create my ProDOS HD volumes as .po, then rename them to
.hdv to keep Oasis and AppleWin happy.

Why rename them? Just add the '.hdv' suffix when you create the
volume.
