Can you please provide the part number for both original Apple II ROM
chips and Apple II Plus ROM chips? I can't remember the number. It has to
be $D000 to $FFFF that contains Integer BASIC and AppleSoft BASIC and
monitor routines.
I know that you already provided the numbers in newsgroups couple months
ago, but I ask you to provide again please. Thank you very much.

You left off a zero.
And I recall the drive controller ROMs somewhat:
341-0009 13 Sector ROM
341-0010 13 Sector ROM
341-0027 16 Sector
341-0028 16 Sector

341-0221 Mac 128, 512 (400k drive support)
Mac Plus ROMs are not correct... They came out with 3 sets actually... I
think I have the numbers right.

341-0342-B

341-0342-C
I could go through my garage and warehouse and get you a few dozen more
numbers.

There are a lot of places where 341 and 342 prefixes are confused
in Apple documents or systems. Often you can just treat them both
as the same part.

Presumably the character generator chip that contains the bit maps
of the characters as used in text mode. Early ][/][+ computers used
a 2513 chargen while later models (version 7 and RFI boards?) used
a 2716 pinout compatible ROM.

One means EPROM, the other mask ROM. However, Apple seems not to care
very much for this convention. The software is identical in both cases.
Sometimes they even have different ROM revisions ("A", "B") with the
same contents.

Exactly. And the IIc, IIe character generator chips hold two character
sets (US and foreign) with ][|{}\ and their local equivalent.

This would be consequent. However, on the ROMs in my ][s these zero is
missing.

Oops, that was a typo. However, I have two sets here on my desk with
0341-B and 0342-A. That means the first one should have the higher
letter.
