Doesn't seem to respond there.... hoping to find someone who knows him

He is in Washington DC and not trying to hide as far as I can tell. Why not
contact him on Facebook?

Well, again, I appreciate your point of view, I did what I felt needed
to be done. Emails were bouncing and had not seen him on IRC for 7
months. He has made contact and everything is going fine. Looks like
it worked out for the best.
