On Microsoft's dialect of CP/M, MBASIC is able to trap a Reset.
From everything I was aware, it's not possible to put the Z80 into a known
state after a reset, though? Am I missing something?
(I want to write something that would require being able to detect a reset
and kick the Z80's instruction pointer back to $0000, is why.)
