I Thinks prodos sees it but I can't remember if there was dos 3.3
utilities for it its copyright 1985 by apple..
Thanks it would be cool if it ran under dos 3.3 like the saturn card
did..

The Apple card has built in support for:
ProDOS (and GS/OS has drivers for it as well)
Apple Pascal 1.3 (if it is in slot 4,5 or 6)
DOS 3.3 (max 400KB volume) - use IN#n where n is the slot number to
patch the in RAM copy of DOS
You can buy the technical reference manual from Syndicomm:
http://store.syndicomm.com/product_info.php?manufacturers_id=14&products_id=41
The onboard firmware also has a diagnostic test:
]CALL-151
*C40AG (assuming it is in slot 4 for example)
>I have a Apple II Memory Expansion card (670-0024-A) and I am looking
>for manuals and dricers for it..
The drivers are built-in the card's ROM firmware. It automatically
formats itself as a RAM Disk under ProDOS (e.g. "/RAMx", where
'x' is the slot the card is installed) and recognized by software that
knows about Slinky RAM, such as AppleWorks and ProTERM.
It shipped with a user's manual but only gives basic information.
The most useful things to know about the card is diagnostic test
and rather unusual way to install incremental banks of 256K RAM
(a fully populated card makes no difference of course). So...
- Built-in diagnostic: From Monitor (type "call-151") enter "Cx0AG",
where 'x' is the slot the card is installed. It doesn't test the DRAM
chips from what I remember, just the card and its logic chips.
- If you plan to upgrade the card to only 512 or 768K, you fill up
the sockets by columns, not rows, and in only pair of two so there
are gaps between chips. Let me try and visualize it ("1"are chips):
256K (default):
----------------------
xxx1xxx1xxx1xxx1
xxx1xxx1xxx1xxx1
512K:
--------
xx11xx11xx11xx11
xx11xx11xx11xx11
768K:
-------
x111x111x111x111
x111x111x111x111
1024K:
---------
1111111111111111
1111111111111111

It was possible to format as a RAM Disk under DOS 3.3, however it
had to be done manually. First boot into BASIC, then type "IN#x" (with
'x' being the slot the card is physically installed).
You could only make use of 400K, unless perhaps you used a utility
to partition and format multiple DOS 3.3 volumes (UniDOS, AmiDOS?).
On an Apple IIGS you can only use the card as a RAM Disk volume,
though to get optimal performance you should install the "A2.RAMCard"
driver under GS/OS (it's listed on the System 6 Installer). It actually will
work on every slotted Apple II model, even the original Apple II.

It's nice to see packaged documentation still available.. shame it
wasn't free..

Only the technical reference is available from Syndicomm.
The user guide that came with the card is not available
from them. You will have to find one of those yourself.
