The RAT is a commandline tool written for the DOS 3.3 Shell to analyze or
export DOS 3.3 RATF's (Random Access Text Files).
This is a prelease bundle for the long awaited Aztec33 C65 Compiler Bundle
which is going to need to wait just a little longer. In the meantime, I hope
many brave souls (at least a couple) will put your other rodent aside and
feed the RAT a RATF or two. Sample DATA is provided.
It comes with many other programs and utilities, disk images, doucmentation,
and source code.
