Also, make sure your control panel settings are set so that slot 5 is set to
"SmartPort" and your boot disk is set to either "Scan" or "Slot 5". You can
get into the control panel by pressing Control-Apple-ESC then choosing
"Control Panel" or by holding down the option key when you turn on your
Iigs, then selecting the option to enter the Control Panel. The Slots
screen is the one you want.
