Does anyone know where I could download the PCPI Applicard CP/M system disks? On asimov I see only the ProDOS CP/M disks to enable use of ProDOD drives etc. but those require the system disks.

Thanks

pub/apple_II/images/cpm/os/PCPI AppliCard.zip?

Thanks @schmitd I assume you mean Asimov? That ZIP doesn't contain the PCPI system disks. It does contain the Star Card system disks which be close enough.... but looking for the ones that contain the PCPICPM file as in the manual.

Hi Paul,
I realize there are a lot of CP/M files at http://mirrors.apple2.org.za/Apple%20II%20Documentation%20Project/Interface%20Cards/Z80%20Cards/PCPI%20Appli-Card/Disk%20Images/Various%20programs/

Perhaps the CP/M files for the Applicard are there.

I started the Yahoo group "applecpm". When Yahoo shut down all of its groups I was sent some '.ZIP' files that attempted to capture my group's content. The files in the 'Files' section were saved but the descriptions were not. I just checked one of the directories and found that it contains the following compressed image files: PCPIUTIL.SDK, PCPIBOOT.SDK, PCPIGRAF.SDK, PCPIZMP.SDK, PCPIQTRM.SDK, PCPIENHC.SDK, CPMFUTIL.SDK and PCPIDVRS.SDK.

Can you post those somewhere (or upload to Asimov incoming)? It would
be great to get those into more common .dsk format and hosted.

Those '.SDK' files were originally available at:
http://www.mylinuxisp.com/~jdbaker/oldsite/SmallSys/AppliCard.html
That site is down, at the moment. I'm very busy right now so I'll wait a bit to see if the site comes back up. About the "more common .dsk format". The '.SDK' format is superior in that it avoids the possibility of generating real disks in the wrong sector order.

I did say "more common," not "superior." The most common tools these
days use heuristics to understand what filesystem underlies the byte
ordering even when the file suffix lies.

Hi!

The disk images are now in my Dropbox account. How do I give you access?

It looks like they're already on asimov:
https://www.apple.asimov.net/images/cpm/os/pcpi/
(those are the same ones that were on the defunct jdbaker site)
