So I have this small heap of Apple II kit taking up space.
If anyone in UK wants to make an offer for any of it (plus postage, of
course) before I put it up on e-Ba* one bit at a time, please do.
Anyone who wants to take the lot away for a "modest consideration"
will be more than welcome.
Location is West Wiltshire, near Bath.

- Apple II Europlus, serial: 1A2S2 637630 And see below …
- Apple II, serial: A2S1 16048 The PSU has the power switch missing
and the power leads connected - I have not tested further. Chassis
has home fitted 5-pin DIN socket and lead/plug that can connect to
motherboard, and a SUP'R'MOD II TV modulator is installed.
- Pair of Disk II floppy drives (Drive 1, Drive 2) with cables
- Apple II fit cards
- Parallel printer card w/cable
- Serial Card
- Microsoft Z80 Softcard
- nameless Z80 card
- Disk II interface card w/cables
- Disk II interface card
- P&P SAMRAM 16K ramcard
- nameless 16K ramcard
- Unknown/nameless - looks like a video card
- U-Micro (I think) 80-column card w/keyboard mod
- Videx - may be 80-column (and there is a small switch and flying
lead also marked Videx to go with it)
- ICE Konan Adapter for ICE Winchester Drive
- ICE Winchester drive (same size as an Apple II) + manual. One small
cover missing from front.
- Two Game paddle controls
- Apple II Cassettes
Breakout
Startrek
High Res Graphics
RamTest
(non Apple) Sublogic 3-D graphics demo
- Apple II Manuals
DOS
II Applesoft
Applesoft Tutorial
- 30-40 odd, 5.25 floppies, don't know what's on them, but there is at
least one disk that looks like a system disk

This has to be "AS IS"

Have no idea of the condition of any of this stuff - I do not have a
composite video monitor to test. I powered up the Europlus with the
floppy drives connected, all lights lit, then there was a "pop" and a
tiny bit of smoke from the PSU - I assume this is also dead (I have
looked inside, there are no obvious bad components, there is a smell
of overheated insulation).

Have powered up the Winchester and nothing happened at all. There is
continuity through the mains socket and the fuse is OK. Reading the
manual suggests that perhaps the interface card must be installed and
connected before the Winchester will come to life.

I coiuld be interested on the following pieces, depending on the
postage costs (to Italy):
> - Apple II
> - Apple II Europlus

> - ICE Konan Adapter for ICE Winchester Drive
> - ICE Winchester drive (same size as an Apple II) + manual.

Please let me know when you have some info about mail costs at:

Dear Dr Hone,

Depending on shipping costs to London, UK and year of manufacture or
publication, I would be interested in:
- Drive 2 floppy drive
- Apple II manuals
- Original floppies

These will go to a good home in a 1978 Apple ][ original.
Let me know what works for you. If you want to drop off the stuff in
London at a date and time convenient to you (I can wait) that would
work as well

Thanks
