Rev 4 still has visible 16K blocks, but they're not removable. Pretty
sure that rev 4 was the last revision that had them, but rev 4
definitely had them and rev 7 definitely didn't. There were certainly
both standard II and II plus machines that had rev 4 boards, but my
relatively late red-label A2S1-66838 has a rev 7 (8029) board in it, so
it is possible that rev 7 boards did ship in some standard IIs.
Motherboard in the auction is now pictured, it's rev 7 (as the seller
indicated in an update to the description).
