Just for fun, I've traced the Apollo DM f3x5 and f5x9 fonts, hinted
them, and converted the outlines to opentype and webfonts. In the
Apollo Archive, file dm-fonts-otf.tar.gz. There are bdf (bitmap)
versions too.
