Can someone tell me where I can download one from ?

Now before all ya whinging bastards start talking about copyright:

I have a fckin Amiga a500+ up in the attic, but I can't be arsed to
get the damn thing down, coz I dont know where my workbench disks are,
and why the hell should I go through all this bloody hassle, of
setting the damn thing up..then link it to ma pc, and xfer the files
across, when I own a damn Amiga.

Bastard Commodore fucked up, and now i'm left with a worthless piece
of shit. It was a great machine, and those arseholes screwed up, and
now they want to rinse every last penny from their copyrights. I
remember looking forward to purchasing the A1200 i think it was.. from
Silica in tottenham court road, London.

I purchased that Cartoon Classics bundle, back in the early 90's from
dixons, is was the a500+, the one with the animated disk screen. I was
quite unlucky to get the heavy power supply, as a few months after I
bought it, they brought out the electronic one (same dimensions) only
10 times lighter.

If anyone has a copy, and you believe me, then you can get in contact
with me @ volatile...@aol.com

any help would be greatly appreciated.. I wanna see if I can get my
old games working on it. Pang, shadow of the beast, pinball dreams..
and loadsa others..

damn.

<removed the juvenile insults & lame replies>

Just to let you know, i've been actively involved with the Amiga for well
over 7 years, i've been involved with UGN Europe, i've met most of the big
names in the Amiga's history & i'm still involved with it.

However, it's you that are out of place, you come into a newsgroup insulting
the people responsible for the Amiga ever getting out in the first place,
and beg for a rom, you claim to have an A500, yet you also say you can't be
arsed to boot it.

You are eighter a very bad troll, or just a total loser, you decide to wich
catagory you belong.

PS: Language flames are lame, especially considering you have no idea what
my native tongue is, nor whom i am.

Anger causes so many spelling mistakes.

My favorite of which, (<--Please note correct spelling of the word.) is
Volatile's "Spelt" let's see that post shall we?
And I quote:

<-----Bad grammer, and he is complaining about someone else's grasp of
english?

speak english.. and if you can't speak it, then don't try ...

Should not be an capitolized T on try.

let me quote you:

"What rock did you crawl under from"...

and whats this next line, AGAIN I QUOTE:

"<a whole shitload of erm, siht?>"

SIHT ? Can't type either huh ?

and even if you spelt it correctly, it would read:

<----Here we go, the word you try to use should be spelled. Look in a
dictionary, you won't find

"spelt".

"A whole shitload of shit"

VERY CLEVER, A+ ! ....

End quote

Amazingly there are many more grammer errors, not to mention sentence
structure.

The question remains, Volatile, when are you going to grasp the english
language. Judging from your
post, you have a butter fingered hold on it.

As for my amiga experience, since you seem to feel you are a great judge on
these matters.
Since workbench 1.2. When workbench hacks where the only way to go.
Amiga 500
Amiga 2000
Amiga 1200

Please feel free to flame me. I feel secure enough with my self to know your
best response would be:

"Listen to me, you lame ass wank stain... "

I'm not sure what this is about, but I always have to tease people who
"correct" others' grammar and make mistakes while doing so. In this
case, "spelt" is perfectly acceptable. You WILL find it in a
dictionary, even an American English dictionary. It's a type of
wheat, for one thing, but more importantly it's also the past tense of
"spell."

Loser. :)

I agree with Angus, graceful Eric. If we all could admit it when we are
wrong doesn't mean we are failures in life. Seems that most on here seem to
think so. I'm sure glad that most of you guys aren't "heads' of state",
pinheads maybe :))

***** 5 stars for Eric :)

Clay in itty bitty lil ole TEXAS !!!! where we all speak slang. "Wha the
hell be English anyhow huh ?"

No! You are confused. 5 stars for Djest, not me, for taking my
poking fun in the spirit it was intended. Do not give any stars to
me. (Then again, I have admitted to some goof-ups in the past, so
maybe I will take just one star, thank you!)

Well, I actually posted in c.s.a.emulations. So don't worry, despite
the cross-posting, the reputation of c.s.a.misc shouldn't be harmed.
(Although, actually, it's been seriously mellowed out in the last
month or two--interesting stuff with Dave Haynie and so on. Also
absences of certain individuals. And less posting by me.)

Say Eric, are you enjoying ur single star ? YET ? :))
I stand corrected and now strip you of 4 stars and award them to that
thar feller named Djest. I can't do that, they be yours to award away.
Now looke here now, don't you fellers be spendin them all in one place
now, okie ? And to the "english" chaps, I've had a ball with you guys
while I was in the military. It just curls their toenails to hear
improper english...LOL. I understand that the King's english back in
the middle ages is what is now heard in the "hood" in downtown
America. That should should be worth another toe nail or two..LOL
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :))))))))

P.S. All Aggie jokes were Texas jokes at birth !!!!!!
