My amiga.lib is missing BOOPSI

I'm using Lattice sas/c 5.10 . I recently attempted to use the BOOPSI
extension to Intuition. When I tried to link my program, DoMethod()
and DoSuperMethod() were nowhere to be found. They are supposed to
be in th amiga.lib linker library, which came with the compiler. Am I
right to suppose that I just need a newer version of the amiga.lib and if
so how how could I aquire a new one(short of buying the upgraded compiler
itself).

You are correct,all you have to do is to get newer version of amiga.lib.
Unfotunately I don't know where to find it but I guess it comes with a lot
of different development tools.

The amiga.lib & headers that came with 5.10 were the 2.02 release level, as that
is all that was available at the time. You need the 2.04 release level files to
use the BOOPSI stuff.
You can get the 2.04 files from Commodore for about $23.00.
Of course, you get the 2.04 version when you upgrade the compiler, as well, and
you also get a lot more when you upgrade...
(And just to pick a nit, there is no such thing as "Lattice sas/c 5.10." It is
either "SAS/C V5.10," or, more correctly, "SAS/C Development System, V5.10."
Lattice hasn't been involved with the compiler for quite a while now <~4 yrs>.)

I think under 2.0 the those two functions where named DM() and DSM(),
I they are in the 2.04 Amiga.lib.
